UiTM LIBRARY USERS SATISFACTION SURVEY LINK
You have been selected as part of the representative sample to participate in a Library Services and Facilities Satisfaction survey. This questionnaire has three parts. By responding to this survey, you will provide essential information about your perception of the impact of library services (including facilities, digital library, etc.) provided by your university’s library.
To ensure the accuracy of these findings, it is extremely important for you to answer ALL questions as completely as possible/ Please note that your responses will only be used for survey analysis. You will take about 5 to 10 minutes to complete the survey. Your information will be treated with the strictest confidentiality.
